The crème de la crème of international relations-savvy graduate programs is around the corner: the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is soon taking applications for positions in their 2022 DFAT Grad Program and we want to invite MPIRO Members to an exclusive event!
Join us for an evening with DFAT Recruiters and Unimelb Alumni who will give us the low-down on what it takes to be a successful applicant as well as tips for the application process.

The session will cover :
- What DFAT is looking for in successful graduates for 2022.
- Outlining the application process including psychometric testing, addressing selection criteria, and how to best present your skills and abilities at an assessment center.
- Hints and tips on how to write an application that stands out.
- An opportunity to network with other DFAT graduates and hear their stories.
This will be held online via zoom, allowing you to join from whichever part of the world you are. We’ll have a brief presentation to get to know our DFAT Representatives and open the floor to Q&A, so bring along your queries!
The event is free, but you must be registered as an MPIRO member to attend. If you are currently not a member, you have the opportunity to sign up as you register for a ticket.
DFAT’s Graduate Program applications open on March 9, so this is a must-attend event for those interested in applying for this highly competitive program!
